Answering Service:

We provide a business number to call forward your telephone to. Each time your telephone rings, your account will appear on our computer screen, telling the Answer-All telephone receptionists how to answer your phone with all the pertinent information about your company. This enables our receptionists to sound as if they are in your office.

Our service features a voice mail computer for picking up your messages. This will allow you to pick up your messages at any time. You will actually hear the Answer-All receptionist speaking to your caller confirming their name and telephone number, thus eliminating wrong names or numbers. The voice mail computer allows you to retrieve your messages at your convenience. (see additional delivery options below).

Additional Delivery Options:

Receive your messages via Digital Pager or as a text message: We can page you to notify you have a message immediately.
 
Receive your messages via Alphanumeric Pager* or digital PCS device:  We can send your complete typed message immediately to your pager or your cell phone as a text message or an e-mail.
